Booking Dates and Prices: All bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. Please telephone us if you wish to arrive/depart on other days. The normal arrival time is 4:30pm and departure time is 10:30am. Other times for arrival may be possible by arrangement in advance.
 
Short Breaks: These are readily available outside of July/August. The price is £100 (120€) per day, with a minimum charge of £300 (360€).

Linen: All linen is provided with the exception of towels, which you will need to bring with you (hand/bath/beach towels). Cots and cot bedding are not provided. A supplement of £10 per week/part week applies if the sofa-bed is used (to cover the additional cleaning charges).

Some people have asked us if we could provide towels (especially if they are travelling by air, as the luggage allowance is limited). We have decided to offer this as an extra and are happy to provide the following, payable in cash on arrival:

Cleaning: The property must be left in the same condition as it was found on arrival.  

Security Deposit: To cover excessive cleaning/damage/loss, a security deposit of £100 (150€) is payable by separate cheque when sending us the balance for the booking. This deposit will be returned to you within four weeks after the end of your stay, less any deductions for excessive cleaning/damage/loss.

Pets: No pets are allowed.

Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the house.

Use of candles: No candles are to be lit inside the house.

Furnishings: The house is fully furnished for up to six people, including all kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery and glassware. There are also a TV (UK free satellite channels - BBC1, 2, BBC News 24, ITV1, 2, Channel 4, etc, etc), CD/DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, fridge/freezer, garden furniture and gas barbeque.
