General Information

Booking Dates and Prices:
All bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. Please email or telephone us if you wish to arrive/depart on other days. The normal arrival time is 16:30 and departure time is 10:30 [If you opt for a post-departure cleaner we ask that you leave by 10:00 to allow us enough time to get everything ready for the next visitors].
Other times for arrival may be possible by arrangement in advance.

Short Breaks:
These are available, subject to our agreement (although we do not normally accept these for July/August). The price is £120 (160€) per night from May to September (with a minimum charge of £240 (320€) and £80 (110€) per night from October to April (with a minimum charge of £160 (220€)).

Linen:
All linen is provided with the exception of towels, which you will need to bring with you (hand/bath/beach towels) unless hired (see below). Cots and cot bedding are not provided. A supplement of £10/€15 per week/part week applies if the sofa-bed is used (to cover the additional cleaning charges).

Some people have asked us if we could provide towels (especially if they are travelling by air, as the luggage allowance is limited). We have decided to offer this as an extra and are happy to provide the following, payable in with booking, or cash on arrival:

A hand towel and a bath towel (excluding beach towel) at a cost of £5 (6€) per person
Beach towel at a cost of £2 (2.50€) per person

Please let us know in advance if you wish to hire towels and state the number of each set required. If you decide not to hire towels please remember to bring them with you.

Cleaning:
The property must be left in the same condition as it was found on arrival. If you would prefer to leave the major cleaning tasks to someone else, please let us know before the end of your stay. The cost for this is £60 (70€) to be paid with the booking, or in cash before your departure.

Security Deposit:
To cover excessive cleaning/damage/loss, a security deposit of £100 (150€) is payable before the arrival date (preferrably with the balancing payment). This will be returned to you within four weeks after the end of your stay, less any deductions for excessive cleaning/damage/loss.

Pets:
No pets are allowed.

Smoking:
No smoking is allowed inside the house.

Use of candles:
No candles are to be lit inside the house.

Furnishings:
The house is fully furnished for up to six people, including all kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery and glassware. There are also a TV (UK Freesat satellite & French), dedicated free wifi internet access, CD/DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, fridge/freezer, garden furniture and gas barbeque.

Nespresso coffee machine:
We now provide a Nespresso coffee machine for your use. Compatible capsules can be purchased in the local supermarkets, otherwise bring your own.
